Refund policy

Made-to-order products

Each Broski Tees shirt is produced specifically for your order. Because of that, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please review the product details and size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us at pb@pb.consulting within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the item and issue. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please do not mail an item back unless we ask you to do so.

Packages lost in transit

Contact us if tracking shows a delivery problem or the estimated delivery date has passed. Lost-package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may ask you to confirm the shipping address and check with the carrier before a replacement or refund is approved.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed address, we can help arrange reshipment when possible, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed, plus any additional time required by your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at pb@pb.consulting.

Statutory consumer rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. If a mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal, conformity, or cancellation right applies where you live, contact us within the legally required period. Customers in the European Union may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and customers in Brazil may have a 7-day right to cancel, subject to applicable law and any lawful exceptions.

Do not send returns to the address shown in our contact information or to a fulfillment facility without authorization. Email pb@pb.consulting first so we can provide the correct instructions for your order.
