Shipping policy

Production and delivery

Every Broski Tees shirt is made after you order it. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. Production times are estimates and may be longer during busy seasons, when an item is temporarily out of stock, or when an order needs review.

After production, estimated shipping time is typically 1–8 business days for U.S. orders and 1–20 business days for international orders, depending on the destination and shipping method. Production and shipping estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking and split shipments

We will email tracking information when it becomes available. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after a package is handed to the carrier. Items may be produced at different facilities, so a multi-item order can arrive in more than one package.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us at pb@pb.consulting as soon as possible if an address is incorrect or you need to cancel. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If an order is returned because the address entered at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Delays and lost packages

Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. If the estimated delivery date has passed, please allow three additional business days before contacting us. Claims for packages lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout specifically states that duties are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for these charges. Customs processing can also extend delivery time.
